Exercise, exercise, exercise...

It is so important in the winter time to stay flexible and continue to keep your strength.  Do not come into March and expect to swing out of your shoes.  You will pay the price if you sit in the recliner and don't continue to be active.  Below are a few things you can do to be ready when the golf season starts up.
